North Ridge Development Groundbreaking
Welcome to the North Ridge Development in Chariton, Iowa. The North Ridge Development is situated on over 38 acres on the north edge of Chariton. The first phase of the project will consist of 16 single family lots with two 24 unit apartment buildings. We have hand selected 5 different home plans to begin building in Spring 2022.
